We participate with most managed care insurances as well as commercial insurances. Some companies we are contracted with are BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, Doctor's Direct, Choicecare,  Humana, PHCS, Wellpath, Medicaid and Medicare.

We currently do not participate with Tricare or United Healthcare.  If you have a Multiplan symbol on your United Healthcare card, we are a participater with Multiplan and accept your insurance.

Co-pays and deductibles are expected at the time of service.  Please be prepared to show your insurance card at each visit.

We do accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, checks, and cash.
