Gynecology

Our providers are certified to offer a wide array of gynecological services in the offices as well as in the operating room. Some examples of conditions they routinely treat are evaluation of abnormal pap smears, irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, infertility, and vaginal infections. They also provide counseling for contraception and hormonal as well as non-hormonal replacement therapy.

Preventive health maintenance, which includes pap smears, is a strong focus of our providers. We also have the capability to do in-office cryotherapy, leep, colposcopy, biopsy, as well as other minor procedures.

We have been trained to perform tubal ligations, laparoscopy, hysterectomy (abdominal, vaginal, laparoscopic assisted), oophorectomies, and various types of ablations.

We carefully discuss treatment options with our patients to develop a personalized plan that best suits their overall health needs. We pride ourselves to be able to care for a female's needs from birth through menopause. Our mission is to enlighten women on their lifelong path in seeking knowledge to improve their health.

Infertility

One of our most rewarding experiences is to help a patient with fertility issues to conceive. We are able to offer evaluation to the infertile couple to diagnose and treat their condition. A thorough history, examination, laboratory studies, hystersalpingogram, ultrasound, will be ordered to determine the cause of infertility. Treatment plans may include fertility medication, intrauterine insemination, laparoscopy, or a consultation with an assisted reproductive endocrinology center.

Obstetrics

After delivering over 7,200 babies and serving the local Fayetteville area for over 20 years, we are no longer offering obstetric delivery services.

While we stopped obstetrics in 2017, we do still provide obstetric care until 12 weeks and will refer you to a local obstetrician.

Monthly Education Seminars
